Darren was extremely pushy when I met with him to be looking for my first home. He knew it was my first time even viewing a home and that I knew literally NOTHING about the home buying process. Every time I raised a concern he would give me some run-around answer about how the HOA probably won’t enforce this or that rule, or say that whatever I was concerned about probably wouldn’t come up anyways so not to worry about it. Darren was great when showing homes-however,once we made an offer he showed us another side of him. When it came to negotiations he lacked professionalism & knowlege! He told us on more than occasion We had to resign papers for one reason or another-it was because of his errors or inexperience. There were many other concerns but this does'nt have enough room! We told him more than once that he needed to get his stuff together or We would get another agent but he apparently knew We couldn't change once the offer was submitted... read more
