Darren has helped us buy a house and sell a house. And the crazy thing is he helped us move both times! I can't guarantee he is able to do that all the time but all through out the process each time he was proactive and responsive, without being overactive. He was realistic and optimistic at the same time. Always professional, and at the same time personable and friendly. Mr. Stroman was fantastic and a real pleasure to work with. I was specific to an area that is a bit tough in my price range and being a first time home buyer, he's hands where full. It took eight months of searching and countless home tours...In the end, I'm VERY pleased with my purchase. Darren provided the realtor service we needed in a tough, aggressive market. We encountered Darren at an open house he was showing in SW Portland. He was personable and knowledgeable about the neighborhood. That particular house was not our ideal but realized he would be the best realtor to help us find the right property for us. Darren is a class act. He was able to sell my house for above asking price and in turn helped me purchase another house for below asking. Through the house buying/selling process I never felt pressured and he was available to answer any of my questions and willing to go the extra mile to show me another listing. I met Darren while house hunting with my girlfriend. From the start he was very respectful and made both my self and my lady feel comfortable as well as important. Darren is a good guy and was instrumental in helping us deal and negotiate with the agent for the builder we were buying a home with. The builders agent was difficult to work with and Darren helped flesh things out so that the process went as smooth as possible
