Tracy was absolutely the best decision we could have made to help us sell our home. It was the first time we had ever sold a home and we were very unfamiliar with the process. She walked us through each step with patience and grace. She went the extra mile with mail, meeting contractors, getting inspections done and everything in between. She was very organized, knowledgeable and kind. Our house was under contract in 22 days and sold in 40 - all this during the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays. She ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tracy was awesome. Tracy held my hand through the whole thing, even when she was on vacation with her husband. Thank you so much. I didn't think we were going o make it to the settlement table. We did and it was because you were on top of everything.

Tracy turned out to be a true godsend for my wife and I, we had to move 2200 miles away before the sale of our home. She became our only connection to our home in NJ. She made numerous visits to check on our home and make sure mail wasn’t still being delivered. She held numerous open houses and did everything possible to sell our home. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home.

Tracy Troiani was wonderful throughout the sale of my father's house. Tracy was extremely versed in all aspects of selling a house. She walked us though every step and was very honest, patient, and professional. She gave great advice when needed and I would highly recommend her.

Tracy was amazing. I was a first time home buyer and really had no idea what i was doing, but Tracy helped me every step of the way. Everytime i had a question or problem she helped walk me through it and made it as stess free as possible. We looked at a few houses together and the first couple went right for me, but she didn't stop and made sure that she found the right house for me. Very knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend Tracy to anyone looking to buy a house.

There is not enough words to express how great Tracy is. She take the time to listen to what your needs and wants are. She holds your hand throughout the whole process and makes you feel as if you are her only client. She will be my mentor one day! I would refer her to anyone. From rental to buying our first home she was there every step of the way. She is now family!
