I first met Michelle two years ago when she was helping my sister find a home and I went with them on a tour. She was very friendly and nice and very knowledgeable in her field. I honestly can say we wouldn't have gotten into the perfect home without Michelle as our realtor. She was aggressive and professional in getting us into our home, even when it seemed everything was falling apart with the selling of our home and buying of a new home. Basically everything that could go wrong did (which was completely out of control of our realtor), we had two different buyers back out of buying our home within the timeframe of closing on our new house and had a seller unwilling to extend our closing date.
