My husband and I have worked with Kimberely 3 times and each time she was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond for us to get our house sold and put us in the house we really wanted. In what I was finding to be a sea of realtors wanting business, but not wanting to work....I found Kimberley. She not only changed my opinion of most realtors, but actually made buying a home FUN! Her communication was excellent, knowledge of the industry superb, and above all her people skills are priceless. During our first meeting with Kimberley and Carol they were very respectful and non-judgmental with the decisions made by my husband and I. Kimberley was very responsive to calls, even prior to signing on with her. She was very quick to arrange showings, often with little notice, and was flexible with her schedule. We took her a little out of the area she specializes in, but her knowledge was still invaluable. She brought a lot of good ideas and considerations to our discussions, and had a good understanding of area market values (very helpful in negotiating.)

Very informative, honest, trustworthy, does a great job explaining the details in a way that is understandable and will repeat things if you don't get it the first time. Makes time to show you as many houses as it takes until you find the right one.

I have known Kim for over ten years. My family met her and her family at church and she was highly recommended. We were moving from the Austin area to the Denton area.
