I knew we would choose Kim as our agent years before we ever needed to sell our home. She truly has her clients' best interest in mind, and when it came down to actually using her as our agent to sell our home, it just confirmed what I knew all along...that she's simply the best! We recently bought our home with Kim's help. The process was very smooth, she connected us with a great lender and was extremely flexible to accommodate our schedules. Not only was our under asking price offer accepted, we received concessions and were able to expand our budget for renovations.
I can‘t say enough good things about Kim and our experience with her buying a house out of state unseen. She not only viewed all the houses for us but also negotiated the best deal and had our back when it came to home inspection repairs. We just arrived a month later after we closed and she kept an eye out and met us with the keys even if its in the middle of the night.
