Olivia came prepared with everything I needed to sell my parents home. She also understood and was sensitive to the fact that my mother passed away and selling this house was a very emotional time. She went above and beyond any previous experience I had with realtors. The house sold in a weeks time and we closed in a month. I got the price I was hoping for and because of her made it a very smooth transition. I would refer her to anyone that's looking to buy or sell in the near future!

Olivia was amazing during our experience. We were moving from out of state. She spent several days with us for showings. Once we made a decision, she was my eyes and ears locally informing me of the progress and making sure my transition to my new home was smooth. Olivia was professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend her if you are in need of a realtor.

Olivia is just simply awesome! Finding a house I could afford was very challenging in Pender and Onslow counties. I was very stressed and upset that my searches were not turning up anything as I was on a tight deadline. I was also upset that when a house was found, my offer was not accepted.
