I was so lucky to have found Matt and Carol. The first time I sat down with Matt he spent over an hour talking to me about what I needed and wanted in my first home. I couldn't be happier with Matt and Carol. They were always available and enthusiastic. Matt really took into consideration what I was looking for and found me the perfect house. He went above and beyond. Being a first time home buyer I was very intimidated by the whole process and Matt took the time to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable.
