We had been looking or the perfect home over a couple of year. Julie was very patient through our process. Julie Maxwell is professional and extremely helpful! Without Julie we would still be trying to figure out how to sell the property. She patiently explained the hows and whys of the process. Her advice was sound and we had a great experience because of her ability to help me through the processes. I needed "hand holding", my term, and she did it with grace and professionalism. Julie is absolutely amazing! I am so happy that I worked with Julie to find my condo. She was very attentive to my wants and needs and we looked at many places before getting my dream home. Julie does herd diligence on every property she shows and did an amazing job walking me through every step of the process. Even after closing she is very accessible and has been great with helping me understand any follow up questions I have. I will absolutely go to Julie again for all my home buying needs.

Julie is top notch, Julie understands, HOAs and their failings, Julie will go the extra mile to help the customer find the truth, Julie will take as much time as needed even if it is a small sale.
