Amazing experience! She was very patient with us, (we may be a little difficult). She was very helpful and gave professional advice as needed. She is by your side from beginning to end! You will soon feel like she is part of your family and taking care of you through the entire process! We haven’t bought or sold a home in over 25 years and a lot has changed. Jennifer was very professional, accommodating, and thorough. She explained every step as we went along, told us what to expect, and helped navigate open houses and showings during the COVID-19 pandemic. She advised us to clean both before and after each showing, and provided gloves and shoe coverings while potential buyers were on site. She even offered to help us clean.
