This was our family's second home purchase with Deneen and I must say we were highly satisfied once again. She was a joy to work with and she made herself available to us quite often. She followed-up quickly and gave us updates regularly. She made sure that we were informed and she went out of her way to show us homes two or three times if needed. We never had to wonder whether she had our best interest at heart.

Deneen was very knowledgable, after giving her our must haves she took the time to research properties that were suited to our taste. Whenever I called she was always available to answer any questions that I would have. Deneen became more like family than our realtor I am grateful that she was the one that helped us find our dream home.

Deneen was easy to work with, very professional and prompt to return calls and emails. I just wish I wasn't asked to find homes that I like and send them to her to set up for a viewing which made me feel like the agent. When asked, Deneen did send homes to view and the one that I wanted to possibly make an offer on was already under contract. The home that I bought was found by me and Denee helped the buying process. Overall I would give Deneen 3 out of 5 stars.

Deneen helped my wife and I get through a very tough Short Sale process that lasted well over a year. She was very thorough and stayed in communication with us with new developments. She is truly looks out for the best interest of her clients and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell or purchase a home.

Deneen was very professional and a real down to earth person, not being from Alabama she helped me and my wife find an excellent house in an great area that fit my budget and our needs. Im definitely recommending her to anyone that needs help finding a place to call home.. Great Realtor and Friend
