Colleen was AMAZING! She was so incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process of selling and buying our home. She did an awesome job marketing our house to sell and consistently had open houses and was courteous of our time. I never felt pressure to find our next home but she did have pressure from me with wanting to get to houses tjat sparked my interest. Colleen was wonderful to work with throughout our home buying process. She is extremely knowledgeable, always very responsive, and was a true partner for us as we went about this journey as first time homebuyers. She was always ready and willing to schedule showings and meet us when needed, and provided prompt and helpful answers to all our (many!) questions. We so appreciated her support and guidance along the way. I would absolutely work with Colleen again and highly recommend her!

Colleen has now helped my family and I buy 2 homes and sell one. I recommend her every chance I get because she legitimately wants to get people into the right homes for them. She "won't let you put in offers" on homes that don't make sense for you and your needs and is always the first to point out flaws in the houses we looked at based on the criteria we gave her. I hope never to have to go thru the homebuying process again however if I do, Colleen will be the one I go to for sure.

Colleen was diligent in investigating and seeking out the homes she knew suited did my wants and needs. She had no problem going one hour from her home continuously to show me houses. She always had a welcoming smile on her face. A complete pleasure to work with!
